The art gallery of the Real Maestranza, covering the theme of bullfighting, has a large collection of oil paintings, watercolours and drawings from the XVIIIth, XIXth and XXth centuries, with emphasis on the Romantic period. There is a variety of subjects, from country scenes to passes in the bullring, portraits and characters, signed by artists such as Gutiérrez de la Vega, José Elbo, Eugenio Lucas, Roberto Domingo, Mariano Fortuny, Joaquín y Valeriano Domínguez Bécquer and José Jiménez Aranda, among others.
